WORK EXPERIENCE

Picker/Packer

Radial/Innotrac - Grove City, OH - August 2014 to Present Responsibilities

I started in the 1 Sale A Day department where I primarily picked and packed costume jewelry and electronics. However, upon completion of my normal duties I wouldjoin the rest of the team picking and packing many other items such as small kitchen appliances, clothing, shoes, other electronics, etc. If 1 Sale A Day completes it's work for the day, we typically assist other areas of the warehouse such as picking and packing makeup/ fingernail polish for Julep or packing for Beachbody or Rainbow. I currently work for the Eloquii department as Returns Processor/Exceptions. I have been working with Eloquii for almost 2 years now. I open and process returns for refund/exchange. I am also responsible for the Exceptions. These are the returns that are difficult and require more research to complete. About half of these difficult returns are referred back to Eloquii for resolution by being keyed onto a spreadsheet. I am the only person who performs the functions for exceptions. Accomplishments

I began the job in May as a temp and was recognized quickly as being a reliable and hard working person. I was given extra time to work to build my hours so that I could be hired in quickly, and that finally occurred on August 11, 2014.

Skills Used

I am very organized and methodical in my picking and packing to ensure accuracy of the order for the client. I have to maintain detail oriented records pertaining to the Exceptions to ensure that proper credit is given to each customer.
