EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

05/2014-Present

I started employment as a GS (general service tech). Performing oil changes, tire rotations, flat repairs, etc.

Fast pace work with PT's (promise times) of which need to be meet in expectation of when the customer was told their vehicle will be finished. After only 3 weeks of being a GS, I was asked if I would be interested in moving to the counter, which I accepted and was promoted to counter tech/retail sales.

I started to learn the company's work order flow process, computer system and daily routine.

I began to use and refine my customer service skills and was promoted to RSM (Retail Sales Manager) and quickly rose to one of the top 10 selling sales people in the company.

I continue to excel in sales, ever evolving and learning more aspects of the business.

In addition I also apply my skills as a team player and unload the daily tire truck delivery, (from 30-200 tires of restock, depending on the previous days sales) verify that the stock order is accurate and then restock the tires properly to maintain a correct inventory.

I also "pull" get the tires that are being sold and bring them out into the shop floor to expedite the work flow.

This ensures that the GS's get their vehicles done in a more timely fashion and helps facilitate accurate promise times for the customers.

I was promoted to "Lead" in the department and maintained that all finished goods were ready for shipping or stocking.
