1.Improving the ability of Books in Library using the Six Sigma Tools and achieved Outstanding results (April 2016)

Responsibilities:

The data of books was collected from our college library.

How many Students can collect books from library.

Found the result from the collected data.

By using the project Charter, Cause and Effect and Hypothesis Test Improve the accuracy.

By implementing this procedure many students can use the books.

2.Wafer Fabrication Design in Semiconductors using Simulation (December 2015)

Responsibilities:

Led the team of three members in reviewing project on semiconductors using Simulation.

Explained the manufacturing of semiconductors with silicon wafers.

Simulation in semiconductor manufacturing is used for high level capacity planning.

Simulation application in semiconductors are layout, planning and process.

Finally it improves the manufacturing performance and reduce the costs.

3.Fly ash based Geo-Polymer Concrete Using River and Robo Sand (May 2013)

Responsibilities:

Led the team of four members to work in the concrete site for project.

Testing is done with the mix of Geo concrete and ceraplasticiser to consume the less water.

Curing time is very less with high strength, with waste concrete like fly ash

Finally made it like an echo friendly concrete with high strength less water consumption.

Volunteer Events

Conducted and volunteered a Technical Civil Engineer Fest as a Chief Coordinator.

Organized an event for Cognizant Technical Fest as an Event Organizer.

Presented a technical paper on Concrete Design, National Conference, India, March 2012
