Senior Server Engineer, NCH Global (contracting for Abacus Technical Staffing) September 2015 – February 2016
Implemented, configured and refined global SolarWinds monitoring system including server, network device, network traffic, NetFlow configuration and application monitoring that included custom groups, application workflow analysis and multi-tiered, business unit optimized alerting.
Performed in-depth troubleshooting and root-cause analysis bugs/production crashes for multiple applications on IIS and SQL clusters
Sole responsibility for one large vSphere and 50+ individual Hyper-V Virtualization environments including eleven vSphere 5.5U1 hosts supporting 123+ individual operating systems including NT4, Oracle 5/6/7, Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 2003 and 2003R2, Windows 2008 and 2008R2 as well as Windows 2012 and 2012R2.
