Solely responsible for starting and maintaining work force. Hired and maintained a work force of 200 employees, with over 90% retention throughout peak season. In charge of all recruiting, on boarding (hiring, orientation, setting up in Time Clock, etc), firing (walk off, unemployment hearings), payroll, scheduling, and administrative duties.
Prologistix (Employee Advocate/ Recruiter) Sept. 2015 – June 2016
Partnering with in house management to make sure all staffing needs are met. Developing and maintaining relationships with employees to prevent turnoff. Responsible for recruiting and maintaining work force (300 employees) by attending job fairs, cold calling, and employee referrals.
