Lead the Enterprise Tech Currency Program for multiple years that acquired a yearly budget of $15M by overseeing 40+ Project Manager’s and their initiatives within the Portfolio. This entailed weekly update reviews to Senior Leadership and monthly updates to Executive Leadership with progress, issues, risks, financials associated to each initiative and action plans if needed

Managed a $2.4M effort ($1.7 million in annual benefits) to redesign TheHartford.com website by consolidating multiple sites into one and enhancing Search Optimization and the Brand

Managed the $1.2M Claims redesign of Check Bundling across the Enterprise, which streamlined transaction times of statement and check processing for claims within Consumer & Commercial and

Lead the launch of The Hartford’s first mobile application
