Description > An efficient Monitoring of substations using Micro controllerAT89C52 by Mc's based monitoring system.Practice model testing of parameters are done at normal regulated voltage obtained from power transformer taken from transmission line,using ADC0809 by successive approximation in response to SOC from Mc measured digital reading is displayed.

>To measure frequency, O/P of power transformer supply is taken and at last half wave rectified O/P is converted to square wave pulses then Mc counts number of Pulses and displays on 16*2 LCD

>Temperature of the power transformer is comparable with the reference set on Mc if it exceeds buzzer in protection system set alarm and then to reduce intensity relay circuit trips-off entire circuit even other parameters gone beyond the limits.>Thus we can monitor and control different parameters of Substation by using this project under abnormal conditions.
