As a project engineer was responsible for survey investigations. Surveyed the inventory required for New York’s Office of General Services’ (OGS) buildings. Completed interior and exterior retaining-wall study program required for inspection and maintenance of New York (NY) state highways. Researched the physical condition of the retaining-walls required on NY state highways for five different boroughs. Provided a conclusive report and thorough plan preparations, along with the capital budgets and bid documents needed for repair and reconstruction. Total project value was $50 million.
