Six Sigma® Green Belt Certified by Dupont
Virtual Warehouse was a success with a total reduction of excess MRO by ~$8MM.
Presented the Virtual Warehouse to the 2011 SMRP conference.
Developed and presented many reports including materials not on a BOM, and materials with low consumption. Many reports are requested today on a quarterly basis to gauge site improvement efforts, and cooperate initiatives.
I have updated over 2000 global material masters for Dupont, and continue to help refine and improve our processes.
