CITIZEN REPORTER AT REPORTER LIVE
From October 2014
I was part of the Citizen Reporter show hosted by Kerala’s leading channel Reporter. I worked in this program for two months. It was my primary platform in visual media. During this time period training were provided in key areas of visual media like Writing voice overs, Reporting and news anchoring as the aspect of the show was to provide common people a platform in news rooms.
Student PR at Kannur University Journalism department
As the student PR of Kannur University Campus Journalism department I was having the key responsibility to make the publicity of events that was occurring at the Department. I also had the responsibility to inform and invite media people to the event and provide them the press release of the event.
Head of the Communication Club of Journalism Department.
As the Head of the communication club I had the key responsibility in inviting persons from all walks of life to interact with the students of the department. I handled the charge of the club for two years and many people from different walks of society like writers, Journalists and Film makers.
Worked in the Editorial section of Special supplement of the university for IFFK 2014and 2015 and also for the University Youth festivals special supplements.
During this time I got an opportunity to work for the special supplementary of the University with our Course director V.H.Nishad who formerly worked in many publishers like India Today Magazine,Free press etc. I had the key responsibilities in working both in the Reporting and Editing sections of the newspaper. I did some interesting interview with Jeevan Thomas, the art director of Agraharathillakayuthai. Also participated in talk shows of many famous Malayalam channels relating to film festivals.
