1) GRADUATE PROJECT/PAPER EXPERIENCE:
SDN architecture for implementing IoT: With the benefits of a highly flexible and secure network management technology, SDN, we proposed an all-SDN infrastructure to support the deployment of IoT. Benefits of SDN framework and security mechanisms in interconnection of SDN domains, consisting of IoT, were also discussed.
MAC protocol performance using OPNET: Implemented an Ethernet LAN of more than 20 nodes in OPNET with traffic characteristics Delay, Collision count, packets sent and received, and compared the performance of multiple scenarios with different topologies.
Temporary Increase in User Capacity at a Cell Site by Load Balancing (LTE): An algorithm made in Python which uses a Cell’s User capacity and User’s SINR values as parameters to decide on Load Balancing the excess users from Serving-eNB to Target-eNB.
Term paper Media review (Wireless communications): A detailed study of Motorola’s TALKABOUT T480, a multi featured two way radio, explaining the specifications, future scope, benefits and drawbacks.
1)UNDERGRADUATE PROJECT EXPERIENCE:
Wireless vehicle utilizing DTMF technology:
Robotic vehicle using the basic DTMF (Dual Tone Multiple Frequency) technology is operated by a cellphone, another cell phone being attached to the vehicle, DTMF key tone frequencies will be decoded by the DTMF decoder into Binary equivalent and will further be processed by Microcontroller, Motor Driver ICs and Motors.
