PROJECT 1 (INDUSTRIAL)

TITLE : CFD ANALYSIS OF SUBSONIC DIFFUSER OF TURBOJET ENGINE AFTER BURNER

DETAILS : Initially meshed the fluid flow area’s using ICEM CFD software and then read the mesh file in CFX. Set the input conditions like analysis type, solution conditions, solver control, material and so on. Finally post processing the data’s and tabulated the results.

PROJECT 2 (INDUSTRIAL)

TITLE : CFD ANALYSIS OF INCOMPRESSIBLE FLOW OVER 2D AIRFOIL

DETAILS : Initially meshed the fluid flow area’s using ICEM CFD software and then read the mesh file in Fluent. Set the material, boundary conditions for a farfield. Finally taken the results of coefficient of lift and coefficient of drag values for different angle of attack.

PROJECT 3 (INDUSTRIAL)

TITLE : CFD ANALYSIS OF LIQUID COOLED ELECTRONIC SYSTEM

DETAILS : Initially meshed the heat transfer paths using ICEM CFD. Then read the mesh file in Fluent. Initialize the given parameters in fluent. Calculate the required condition temperatures for different thickness of the copper plate and source plate.

PROJECT 4 (ACADEMIC)

TITLE : PNEUMATIC SHEET METAL CUTTING MACHINE

DETAILS : Built a machine to cut the small size of sheet metals using pneumatic pressure created from pneumatic double acting cylinder

PROJECT 5 (ACADEMIC)

TITLE : DESIGN AND ANALYSIS OF SHOCK ABSORBER

DETAILS : Optimized the existing two wheeler shock absorber and to improve its performance by varying spring diameter as well as the material of the spring
