$100m capital development expenditure portfolio involving multidisciplinary sub projects.
240man modular offices building, and 102man modular accommo-dation, steel portal frame rolling machine shop, Niger-Dock warehouse and pile fabrication rack.
Main Duties:
Providing technical supports to the direct manpower during fabrication and construction, monitored compliance to client’s specifications.
Managed construction of 100m quay wall and upgrade of existing quay wall.
Anticipated, managed, resolved issues and act as the technical point of contact for all Facility infrastructure sub-contracts/projects.
Construction management of 240man modular offices building, and 102man modular accommodation, steel portal frame rolling machine shop, NigerDock warehouse and pile fabrication rack.
Prepared quantity material and weight take-offs (MTO and WTO), Level-3 schedule and job-cards for construction.
Managed11KV electric substation ring main system upgrade project.
Managed the rehabilitation of ships repair graving/dry dock.

1.Expansion of the Northern brakewater in the port of Constanta, Romania’s main national port, by 1 050 metres in 26 metres deep water.
With the final lenght of 5900 metres, the northern brakewater has the main role to reduce the negative impacts of the waves on operations and safety in the port.

2. The protection and rehabilitation of the Southern part of the Romanian coastline of the Black Sea in the area of Constanta County.
The aim of this project is to create a system of protection against coastal erosion. Final surface won by the romanian shore at the end of the land reclamation works is 179.800 square metres

With Founds of 175 milions €
3.7 milion cubic metres of sand
0.75 milions tones of rock
5000 acropodes 2.0
Works that are needed to achieve this goal are:
The bulding of 10 emersed breakwaters and 5 submerged breakwaters,
Expanding the beach by sanding.

Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within abudget
Responsible for the formworks, concrete works, rock work
Supervising Project including in house, external contractors and sub-contractors.

GTF PROSPECT LLC, Constanta, open in 1996 and has the main object of execution after Romanian and European rules STAS & EUROCODES field determinations and laboratory leading to the elaboration of geotechnical studies for civil, industrial and agriculture, railways, roads and bridges, as well and special tests for quality control in the construction of infrastructure works.
Engineer responsible for geotechnical laboratory, sampling, testing, data interpretation&consulting, on works taking place on different con-struction sites, everything related to drilled piles, tests on drilled piles, special foundations and any work that is related to ground works consul-ting infrastructure execution, monitoring, compliance to project specifications.

Execution of 6 foundations for grain silos in Constanta port, supervising pilots foundation and tests on the pilots
Execution of foundations for 24 wind turbines in wind farms Galbiori Constanta county, and progression-time tracking of subsidence of the foundation after loading
