Maintains and implements the ATI Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Security Policy and the ATI Batangas Inc & ATI Batangas Supply Base Quality Policy within areas under her control

Liaise with the major clients of Batangas Supply Base (SPEX & PHC) regarding OHSEQS matters.

Carry out HSES supervision of critical activities carried out by ATI Batangas Inc. & ATI Batangas Supply Base.

Focal point for ATI Batangas Inc. & ATI Batangas Supply Base on OHSEQS Management System implementation.

Administrative and Operational

Ensure the conduct of monthly OHSEQS meeting.

Ensure all reports are done and forwarded to external parties on time.

Ensure compliance to HSE management plan

Recommend trainings for ATI Batangas Inc. & BSB staff

Monitor compliance to OHSEQS procedures.

Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Security

As the Occupational Health, Safety, Environment, Quality & Security (OHSEQS) Coordinator, she is responsible for:

Ensuring the implementation and maintenance of the OHSEQS Management System (OHSEQS MS).

Maintaining the certification to OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 14001:2004, ISO 9001: 2008 Standards and the ISPS Code

Complying with all legal regulations regarding occupational health, safety and environmental protection.

Ensuring the operation is conducted without adverse effect to the environment and the health and safety of workers.

Ensuring customer satisfaction and or corrective action conducted in the event of any noncompliance.

Ensures Business Units are adequately assisted in the identification of hazards, evaluation of risks and formulation and implementation of risk control measures

Assists Business Unit Heads in the preparation of OHSEQS Objectives, Targets and Management Programs

Conducts OHSES inspections and audits

Regularly monitors OHSEQS performance of ATIB and BSB

Facilitates the conduct of emergency response exercises

Coordinates with regulatory agencies regarding compliance to relevant laws and regulations

Perform functions as the company’s Pollution Control Officer and Safety Officer

Assist Business Units in conducting incident investigations

Performs other related functions as assigned by the immediate superior
