Duties included supervision of 40 social workers, registered nurses and clinical documentation specialists. Day to day activities of the case management department.

The Bridge Health and Research Centers, December, 2013 until May 30, 2014 when was laid off due to financial difficulties of the Center

PC-IT and SAC-IT. Also functioning as RN for the clinic.

Case Manager Registered Nurse

Duties included case management of patients to determine best level of care on discharge. Patients were placed at Select Specialty Hospital to recover from long term chronic illness, on discharge they required specialization in future care needs that did not require hospitalization. Patients were placed in nursing homes, home with health care and standard home discharges.
