Development of high speed stamping progressive dies for automotive terminals, by extensive usage of conventional manufacturing and heat treatment methods.

Design modification and tool development from raw material to final assembled tool. Tool trial and passing.

Also worked in tool maintenance department and achieved double production rate by reducing tool down time.
