Hofincons Industrial pvt ltd. As a mechanical maintenance engineer (RMHS AREA) from august 2012 to july 2015 in Vedanta Aluminum ltd (refinery), lanjigarh, Kalahandi.

Implementation of Maintenance tools (Preventive, Predictive, Breakdown maintenance). Preparation of check lists for PM and execution, Implementation of condition monitoring tools.

Provide technical direction to FITTERS AND WELDERS throughout maintenance stages.

Knowledge of Bearings, Shafts, Oil Seals, Gearbox, Coupling, Pumps and Calculation weight of Materials (Plates, Round bars, Angles, Channels, I beams) etc.

Preparation of Daily report for every month.

Materials Indenting, Inventory / Spare parts Management and control.

Good Maintenance knowledge in the field of Maintenance

Having good Communicating, Analytical and Interpersonal skills, Judgment power.

Maintaining 5 ‘S’, Housekeeping etc

Ensure that repairs and installation of new equipment complies with safety procedures.
