Maintenance and calibration of the control valves (Pneumatic, MOV, NRV)

Familiar with engineering standards IEEE, ASTM, ANSI, NEMA, IEC.

Maintenance and calibration of transmitters PT, LT, TT, DPT (Emerson Rosemount, Endress&ABB) and Monitoring vibration transducers.

Burner Management System: Pneumatic and PLC based burner management system for boilers and Furness.

Fire & Gas and Smoke detection System: General Monitors, Detronics.

To ensure all work, tests and inspections undertaken by Sub-Contractor is in accordance with the specifications/Contract Requirements and signs the relevant Test Certificates.

To ensure implementation, monitoring of QA/QC procedures and take corrective measures where required.

Installation Inspection of Substation Equipment, Switchgear, Motor Control centers, cubicles, small Power DB's, Bus duct, HT Panels etc.

Inspection of breaker testing during pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.

Inspection of installation and testing of grounding system on.
