Shutdown Maintenance of Turbine parts, Hydro jetting, Cleaning and overhauling of other accessories.

Modification of Furnace Fire bricks, Refractory works in Pent House, Furnace and S/H tubes, Maintenance of Check valve, Gate valve, Glove valves, Spring loaded Safety valves.

Repair, Cleaning and Hydro blasting of Deaerator, Heat Exchanger and Condenser.

Coal Handling plant Operation & Maintenance:

Taking care of Shift production and Maintenance activity and follow up the related job during Shift

Supervising Manpower for work schedule and giving technical help for easy & fast execution.

Co-ordinates Procurement of spares,Tools, Consumables from store or Market, Material purchasing, Equipment history and Performance records.

Maintenance of Conveyor Belt, changing Bearings, Rollers, Bucket Elevators and Gear box. Cleaning, Sand Blasting of corroded parts. Maintenance and Scaffolding works on Site.

Reporting to Plant In charge, Preparing check lists, update Daily Progress Reports of status of ongoing jobs and Inspection Report for different activities of Maintenance work.

Project work :

Insulation(Rock-wool) of all sides of Babcock Boiler including high pressure pipes. Complete Insulation work of Boiler Drum and Deaerator (3 month).

Super-Heater tubes changing work (6 month). HSE Appreciation certificate for excellent team work and Award to our team for achieving 10 million safe hours.

Weekly meeting with Manager, Planning for Maintenance and Material purchasing.
