I have also prepared and administered project budgets up to $14 million utilizing Sure-Trak, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and Microsoft Office Outlook. Approved all expenditures and payroll, developed and implemented policies and procedures. Ensured compliance with government regulations, OSHA and the EM-385 and prepared all Project Documentation. Put together OMSI Manuals for Construction Quality Control. Prepare Value Engineering Cost Proposals.
