I begin my career with Fridays when they opened a store in Canton I helped open the Montrose store where I reorganized each station in the kitchen to make them more efficient, and ran the bar in North Olmsted. I was successful at keeping food cost to within 1% of ideal in Canton an Montrose. I am well qualified in scheduling, ordering, staffing, and controlling cost and labor in all areas of the restaurant.

Applebee’s Canton Ohio

At Applebee’s I started in the Massillon store, I was put in charge of the kitchen were I was successful in controlling all cost areas. I then was moved to the Wooster store where I ran the kitchen then took over the front of the house. Applebee's in Canton was the last store I worked at with them, where I was in charge of the bar and the servers.


Winking Lizard Fairlawn Ohio

I started at the Winking Lizard in March of 2010, I am in charge of all training at this location, and the booking of parties. I will also be helping roll out the 2011 world tour of beers. I opened the Washington Square Lizard, there I was bar, host and server manager. The Canton Lizard was the last one I worked at.

I have been successful in controlling all elements in the back of the house and the front of the house with both Friday’s and Applebee’s in stores with sales of 2.3 million to 3.6 million. At the Winking Lizard I was in charge of controlling all bar cost and most of the front of house orders. I have always worked very well with all types of people. I was in charge of training new hourly employees and managers at both Applebee's, Friday's and the Winking Lizard. I oversaw all new menu rollouts and inventory management in the kitchen and bar. At Applebee's I was also in charge of any fund-raisers we did, Make A Wish, Dine To Donate and Muscular Dystrophy.
