Works with the Training and Information Dissemination Services (TIDS) of the Bureau of Soils and Water Management (BSWM) an attached agency of the Department of Agriculture (DA), with the following duties and obligation:
Assist in the video and still photo documentation of all events, both local and international plus in-house and on-location activities;
Assist in the work with technical divisions, banner programs and special projects for the conceptualization, production/packaging, presentation and distribution of IEC materials in tri-media format; Design and set up of photo and technological exhibitions.
Assistance in the development of storage and retrieval system of all video, photographic and creative files.
Upkeep and operation of the convention and lecture facilities; technical operation and control of digital and analog equipment for presentation purposes.
Assist in the inventory/assessment of AV supplies and handling of incoming requests for the use of the convention and lecture facilities.
Assist in the monthly inventory and assessment of supplies for the Information Office (office supplies, Janitorial supplies etc.)
Assist in clerical tasks relative to the administrative requirements of the Information Office.
Perform other related duties as required by the Chief, Information Office.
