Construction and Estimating Manager – 2009 through 2013 Estimating Manager – Supervised five estimators from 2000 through 2009. Responsible for estimating, cost control, scheduling and field execution of the following major projects (smaller projects not listed):

Valero Refining Company – California: HCN Debottlenecking Project, 2000-2001. Project Manager. Installed several exchangers, new reactor, and several thousand feet of CS and alloy pipe.

Dow Chemical Pittsburg Ca. Tri-Star 97,000 Man Hours $14,000,000.00.

Tosco Refining Company – Avon: 3HDS/HHPS Mechanical Piping Turnaround, 2000. Installed several HP vessels and piping.

Exxon – Benicia Refinery: EQIP Project, 1998. Installed new selenium reduction unit.

Chevron – Richmond: Wax Rerun Shutdown, 1995.

Exxon – Benicia Refinery: Clean Fuels Project, 1995. Responsible for 40,000 feet of off-plot piping installation and facilities. 2000+ members of structural steel installed and seismic upgrades. All work performed in operating units. Superintendent – New Construction and Turnarounds; 1985 – 200 0.
