Sourced to manage IT security and operations within the Department of Health and Human Services, Federal Occupational Health (FOH) Center’s Technology and Innovation Team (CTI ) Managed a team of IT professionals responsible for IT Security, Database Administration, Network & System Administration and Engineering across 4 data centers, 10 regional offices, 400 remote health centers, and 700 private-provider physicians. Primary project focus on driving the centralization plan to migrate and consolidate data centers and incorporate cloud technologies to promote economies of scale. Advanced the Security Control Remediation of NIST SP 800-53 Standards leading to the achievement of FISMA Authority to Operate (ATO) for FOH application portfolio.

Project managed the consolidation of 2 FOH Data Centers into a centralized HHS Data Center, and a Disaster Recovery Data Center.
