Maintain MIN/MAX & ROL levels for all kind of materials.

Timely indent the Store related items and send the detail to purchase Team and concern Deptt.

Ensuring Material storage, identification and traceability for all kind of materials.

Issue of Material to production Department.

Handling the all types of raw material like Yarn, wire, Carbon and Rubber etc.

Follow the FIFO system in Raw Material Store with FIFO Tags.

Making daily production report & MIS.

Handle the all types of incoming material ( Raw Material and General Spears )

Do the All type MRR/MRN related With RM/General Store/project material & Non Inventory Material

Prepare the RGP and NRGP as per production Request.

Prepare the Rejection invoice for rejected excisable material.

Keep the record of rejection & maintaining stock ledger of ok material.

After making the MRR material handed over material to Quality Deptt. For checking.

Rejection Disposal, Deviation and Expired Product Handling.

Daily Stock taking and matched with Physical & Bin card Stock with System.

Maintain store, ready for all the time for any audit & inspection.

Handling all store manpower i.e. Contractor’s labor as well as casuals.
