Project Description: The project is on system enhancement for Claims Systems to ensure formulary benefit set up and adjudication. Objective is that Claim processing and auto adjudication must be accomplished by entering claims processing data on a single screen.

Authored Business Requirement document(BRD) based on the client’s business requirements and interviews with subject matter experts (SME's), subsequently submitted to management for review and approval.
Assisted the Senior Business Analyst for the conversion of Business Requirement Document to Functional Requirement Document (FRD).
