Managed 24 hour machine tool rep. agency supplying local automotive OEM’s the necessary parts to keep their lines running. This included source selection, engineering, reverse engineering, material selections and process selection for repair parts. This involved end of arm tooling, locate pins, gripper fingers, arms, plates, blocks and holders used to hold, move, locate and position parts for assembly and or machining. Materials: Metals, Plastics and Urethanes. Processes: Mill, Lathe, ID/OD grind, Waterjet, EDM & molding. If they had a need, I would find a way. Title: CEO, CFO, Owner, Chief Bottle Washer. If it’s part of the sale, I was it – start to finish, everything other than the actual machining.

Key Contact for the development of HVAC ducting for 4 separate automotive platform programs simultaneously, while managing the continued production of 3 others. Total market value approx. $30 million. Worked with Design, Engineering, Supplier quality, and production departments to take programs from original sourcing and into full production. Processes involved included Injection molding, Blow molding and vibration welding.
