Role: Professional - Product Developer

SFB used the Exceed System (CSC proprietary product) for Policy, Billing, Clients, MIS and Claims processing. The work in this project involved development and enhancement of all the existing systems under Exceed.

Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering and Analysis of the new functionalities and interacting with SFB IT team to help create a roadmap for the end product.

Prepared Technical Design Documents after going through the requirements and sharing the same with the team.

Coded new functionalities based on the defined functional specifications in the Exceed Architecture.

Writing Test Plans and Test Cases and providing extensive testing support for functional and Users Acceptance Testing.
