Network Support for Global Banking and Marketing
Provide network support for Moves, Adds and Changes by logging into 6500 access switch then end user access port and adding access port to the proper data and voice vlan . I check log files daily from a script that I run that tells me what has changed in the configuration on a supported network device (router, switch ) from one day to the next, ultimately looking for down interfaces, ports, etherchannels, trunks, modules and weak or dead power supplies that could result in Loss of Redundancy conditions. Anything that is found in the logs gets reported to the NOC, then a ticket is opened and I report that ticket on the SharePoint site for our region for visibility.
I`m dispatched out to sites for replacement/fix /and upgrades of line card/Sup Engine ( Sup 750- Sup2T), power supplies, faulty Transceiver, (GBIC, SFP), fiber cable as well as lan troubleshooting . I Provide this support for several sites and datacenters throughout the city of Dallas/Richardson/Plano/Frisco.

I interface with the bank client daily because I sit on site, and manage third party hardware and service vendor resources on a daily basis.
