Coordinating with buyer through PLM software as well mail for clarifying their needs.

Creating BOM for order related materials.

Rising PR for entries to sourcing team through ERP software (NOW).

Involved in new product development, coordinating between sampling and buyer.

Getting all type of approvals from customer related to orders.

Coordinating with factory for bulk production.

Direct involvement in maintaining buyer SOP in samples as well bulk.

Checking details related to orders (price tags detail, carton barcode detail) using SCP software.

Checking packing list and creating the packing list according to template and Raising defects if errors found.

Verify and validating the shipment booking and invoice value matching.

Creating and verifying ASN (Advance shipment notice) using SCP.
