Java AWT/DnD project (Lead Quality Assurance) - Led a team of 5 people for testing Java AWT/DnD on Windows, NT, Linux, and Solaris machines. Designed test plan and test specification for new releases of JDK. Developed the overall test strategy, provided solutions for junior engineers to develop Java API test suite, oversaw test execution and optimized test plans based on results, represented the team at cross-functional meeting, coordinated plans/results with other test groups, and acted as a mentor of junior engineers.

JavaOS Project (Quality Engineer) - Designed test specification for a test development team of 8 members. Created test decomposition tree structure which included Java API testing, Java Native Interface testing, JavaOS Device Driver testing, and system command testing for the major components of JOS4C, Pjava, and Chorus MicroKernel. Designed JavaOS system database API test tools and JavaOS Device Interface test suite using JavaTest, JavaScope, and JavaDoc tools. Test functions included events, memory, bus manager, interrupts, services, multi-threading, and applet.
