Job Description:
Present a customer service approach to greeting and interacting with employees, clients, visitors, guests, and contractors
Observe and report any suspicious or irregular activities or conductions that may create security or safety hazards
Provide an exceptionally high level of service, knowledge and dedication to site staff and visitors; work closely with client staff to ensure visitor needs are addressed and handled appropriately
Represent client by serving as an extension of the organization to executives, staff, and visitors
Remain abreast of daily client events through bulletins, intranet releases, communication with key personnel and receptionist
Assist client executives, administrative staff, security staff, and visitors with light administrative assistant duties including but not limited to: copying, faxing, and answering phones
Partner with client personnel and gain an in-depth understanding of the client’s principles, values, goals, and vision
Ensure that unexpected visitors have proper authorization before permitting their entry
