Installation, maintenance, and support of Windows based computer systems to replace existing systems. Perform Ghost imaging on all new model computers and Laptops
Ensure communication, both prior to and during the installation, is clear, complete, and concise.
Perform pre-installation integration and staging of refresh hardware.
Coordinate planned outages and data migration activities to minimize downtime.
Migrate user data and ensure data accessibility and integrity following the migration.
Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the refresh process.
Provide systems training and familiarization as part of systems turnover procedures
Decommission refreshed hardware in accordance with proper procedure.
Complete and submit all reporting requirements in a timely manner.
Perform configuration and installation of new system to include restoring client data, applications, mappings, mailboxes, etc. and ensuring network connectivity and functionality.
Install and support network communication equipment, including LAN/WAN systems.
Back Office Transport Operation Support (IPRAN, P2P MICROWAVE and PMP MICROWAVE, SATELLITE)
Implementation and support International voice circuits (Transmission equipment; L3, DXT 600 and IGATE EDGE)
Management of all Tellabs U6300 SDH, 8100 PDH, DXX nodes
Use of the Linkstar Software’s (From Viasat/ComSat Laboratories) to design and commissioning of Linkstar remote sites
Configuring of Paradise Datacom PD 10&25 Satellite Modem, Comtech CDM 600 &625 Satellite Modems.
The Proficient use of the HP spectrum analyzer: in checking RF and IF carriers, carriers power balancing etc
Skillful in usage of M2000, Citrix, DTX600, I-Gate and L3 compression equipment’s
Provisioning various types of TDM circuits for C7, voice, and data traffic
Knowledge of BMC Remedy
Working experience on 2G/3G IPRAN and ATM/TDM Technologies over Wireless Bearer transmission (ERICSSON, AVIAT, MARCONI MICROWAVE CAMBRIDGE PMP Radios and COMTECH SATELLITE systems)
Working knowledge on 2G/3G Wireless transmission links provisioning, migration, optimization, and management over SDH circuits using ERICSSON DXX INTELLIGENT NETWORK MANAGER.
Working experience on ERICSSON DXX 8100, 6300, 8600 series transmission nodes.
Working experience on managing GRX roaming and SDH signaling transmission on International voice/data (with BELGACOM) using ERICSSON DXX INTELLIGENT NETWORK MANAGER
Working experience on ERICSSON OSS NMS to manage SDH transmission circuits interconnection on CORE NETWORK MEDIA GATEWAY and ERICSSON BSC
Working experience on managing transmission (MICROWAVE, SATELLITE AND FIBER OPTICS) links on VERAZ IGATE 4000,DTX 600 Compression nodes
