5/16 SUPERVISORY RIGHT OF WAY AGENT, Utility Section

Direct responsibility for daily operation of Right of Way Division that acquires property needed for highway purposes, relocates/reimburses displaced businesses or persons, manages acquired properties and oversees highway projects throughout all of Southern Nevada. Established, owned and operated Full Service Underground Construction Utility Company including: Acquired and maintained A-12/19 and C-5 Contractor licenses; Developing Annual Budgets with Expense Forecasts, Sales Projections and Profit/Loss Reports; Creating Marketing, Planning and Construction Departments; Utilizing contractor database and networking skills to develop referral client base of builders, utility companies, developers and general contractors.
