Managed Windows networks by providing 5000 user accounts to date, developed groups, connected computers to servers, installed security precautions such as anti-virus software, firewall software and hardware, and router configurations, and maintained connection to network for 24 hours per day and 7 days per week.


Worked with Windows Server 2012 and Windows 7, 8, and 10 to maintain a full enterprise network with PCI and PII requirements.

Administered Windows Server 2000 for multiple networks. This encompassed updating users and groups to include CAC usage, developed security measures, installed different security updates for Windows Server and Personal computer OS and ActivClient CAC reader software.

Presided over multiple hardware updates. During this process, 60+ computers were switched with newer versions to maintain network security and Navy posture. Also, oversaw the handling of 4 printer updates, 1 Multi-Function Device update and 3 server upgrades.
