Set die up in press

Adjust ram to right stroke

Adjust tonage meter to right tonage

Load coil into servo feeder

Set feeder table to right feed length

Adjust air flow accordingly

Adjust cam settings for pilot release

Adjust cams for sensor of short feed

Adjust to Nagel meter for safety

Check safety lights are working properly

As well as palm buttons

Make sure feed and speed of job run are in sync with each other

Set up cages to catch parts or boxes to pack parts.

First piece inspection to meet standards as during duration of job run to last piece.

Fill all paper work out properly from inspection sheets to tagging full boxes of inventory to send to next process.

Follow all osha safety rules and shop rules.
