PROJECTS HANDLED:
1, Shriram Chirping Woods, Bangalore:
1.4 million Sft of Residential development in two phases Responsible for the complete design of High rise apartment & Semi luxury Villa. High Rise apartment consist of 5 towers (1B+Stilt+24floors) with Clubhouse& Semi Luxury villa consist of 6 towers (Ground+6Floors). Proposed structural system was RCC wall system.
2. Mantri Jubilee Hills Lakeview Park (JHLP), Hyderabad:
Residential Apartment consists of 3towers with 3B+ 7floors.
Proposed structural system was Beam & Slab system & typical floor was flat plate system. Involved in the design of flat slab for all the towers from first floor to terrace.
3. Century Indus, Bangalore:
Carried out analysis & design of Residential Apartment consist of two wings with 1B+Ground floor+16floors. Proposed structural system was Beam & Slab system.
4. Bhartiya City:
a. Bhartiya Precinct 2&3 (Tower D):
The Part D(Commercial) building consitst of three basement,Plaza 01 to Plaza 06 Mall/Retail. The basic shape of this part is a rectangular segment of an approximate width of 78 m and length of 98 m.The three Basement has exterior covered entry and exit ramps which enable access to the main use as an underground car park and also UG sump come from B3 to B1. Plaza 01 to P03 The maximum area used as an retail shop with appropriate services like toilet, shaft for various use. Plaza 04 & 05 . floor comprises Cine hall with appropriate services like toilet, shaft for various use. Plaza 06 . floor comprises sloping terrace.
Proposed structural system was Waffle slab system and Transfer girders at various locations& Beam slab system (Racker slab) for multiplex.
b. Bhartiya City Residential:
I was part of the team of residential tower. The proposed construction for Residential apartment is with cast in situ construction and details of the block are as follows. Block –1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10- Two basements + Ground floor +Podium+ Level-02 to Level- 27+ terrace. Helipad is in Blocks 4, 6&10.
Proposed structural system was RCC wall system at typical floors & Waffle slab system at basements.
5. Shriram Greenfield, Bangalore:
The residential building consists of a two story basement; stilt floor and podium floor, 19 upper floors, topped by a walk able terrace floor and lift machine room, overhead water tank.
The podium floor comprises the garden and transfer girder to support above main wall. The 2nd to 19th floor comprises the residential block and lift lobby, shaft services.
The basic shape of the building in the floor plan is plus shape of an approximate width of 40m and length of 60m.
Proposed structural system was RCC wall system at typical floors & Waffle slab system at basements.
