● Systems Engineer (Application Packaging/Testing), Saint-Gobain IT Development Center, Mumbai September 2011 to till June 2016.

Project Description

The project involves Creating MSI, MST using Wise Package Studio, Admin Studio 11.5, Orca and other Tools which is based on Clients standards and best practices that includes Naming Conventions, Inclusion & Exclusion of files and registries, shortcuts. The packaging process goes through initial assessment, packaging, testing and distribution using SCCM technology to user's servers. It is also ensured to maintain the quality of the package to be delivered. Adherence to the SLA and packaging process flow has been strictly maintained.

Role & Responsibilities

Gather all of the information required to enable application packaging - gathering install/ test instructions, Identifying nature of request, determining prior versions to uninstall & documenting all these observations.Review the package project & build the package (MSI/MST/EXE).Test on the appropriate client specified platform. Testing the packaged applications in client provided environments for the proper working and functionality.

● Bachelor in Computer Engineering from Mumbai University 2011.

● ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.

● Diploma in Software Testing, SEED Infotech.

ACHIEVEMENTS

● Received multiple appreciations from client as well as from my on-shore counterparts for creating packages without error and without any issues.

● Created Global Roll out Package of SAP Business Objects, MS KB articles, Cisco and etc this got distributed worldwide in Saint-Gobain.
