QA Project Lead for manual testing, test automation and performance testing teams that supported software solutions for the Sales, Ecommerce, Custom Apps, Business Intelligence, Blues, Healthcare Applications, System Administration, Network and DBA teams. Responsible for leading the test automation process improvement effort and enforcing new standards of efficiency. I led multiple projects and many were cross-team in nature.
