Appointed as the Authority’s PACO (Public Agency Compliance Officer) for all capital improvement projects.

Instituted weekly Management and Budget department meetings and issued weekly status reports for review by the Executive Director.

Coordinated two bond refinancings with the Financial Advisor and Bond Council resulting in a NPV (Net Present Value) savings of approximately $5 million.
