ABOUT ME
Professionally, I have a solid experience
(8 years) in EPC projects in the area of
scheduling and project controlling, using
P6 professional and MS project
advanced to track accurately the
progress, monitoring and the
development of each project according
to nature of it while working efficiently
with the allocations of resources.
Most of the projects I’ve been involved
at, belonged to the Energy Field, Oil and
gas Industry and Civil works of high
relevance. The scopes of these works
were: civil, mechanical, piping,
electrical, instrumentation and
commissioning. Some of the plants
included BOP and some others included
combined cycles.
As an EPC Project Control Engineer, I
am able to Create and monitor Large
schedules of a high scope of work while
generating Statistics and Progress
Reports, Coordinating Subcontractors
activities, as well as working in
everything related to the invoicing
process.
Also, I’m enthusiast, communicative,

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
2016- January to August. MMR GROUP. Montego Bay, Jamaica 1. Job title: Project Control Coordinator.
2. Project: MOBAY Micro LNG Fire Protection Plan for a Gas Compressor Plant. Electrical and Instrumentation. Montego Bay, Jamaica. 3. Responsibilities:
To monitor Project’ schedules by analyzing the critical paths and overseeing the reallocations of resources according to the performance of each activity.
To generate Daily Reports, Weekly Reports, Two weeks look ahead reports and monthly reports to the client and the head management of the entire project.
To coordinate weekly meetings with the schedulers of the subcontractors in order to review their plans and analyze the potential delays with advanced amended plans.
To gather all relevant data on field such as construction reports, QA- QC reports and photograph reports in order to prepare the invoice folder of all the work done and submit it to the client. (Scope of work and Extra Work).

Use project scheduling and control tools (P6, Microsoft Project) to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
Invoicing the works within the Scope of the contracts and also the extra works.

2. Project: PMC for an EPC of facilities for the increased of production of PDVSA
(Oils of Venezuela) from 105 MBD to 165MBD.
