Supervising the performance of 6 IT staff on managing IT tasks and deliverables improved the QOS providing to other departments in the company.

Using VMWare ESXi with over 15 hosts and 50 virtual servers and converting physical servers to virtual and taking advantage of a Windows-based network, provided a highly available network with a downtime less than 0.2 %
