I Did project company project for my B.E., degree in the ACC CEMENT factory madukarai.

Project title : “ALTERNATIVE FUEL RESOURCE”

Project details:

The AFR is the project that deals with usage of alternative fuels along with the actual fuel(coal) for the clinker production process.

Implementing this method a considerable amount of coal can saved and hence the profit of the company is raised.

Here we use the latest model DCS(distributive control system) controller to control the entire plant.

DCS may employ one or several workstations and can be configured at the workstation or by an off-line personal computer.

Local communications is handled by a control network with transmission over twisted pair,coaxial or the fiber optic cable.

A server and/or applications processor may be included in the system for extra computational, data collection and reporting capability.

Flame sensor FS-2000E is for alarm if any accident occurs.

A high performance differential pressure transmitter model EJA110A is used to measure liquid,gas, or steam flow as well as liquid level,density and pressure.

Graphic Window Display is the package or the software provided to display graphic via a browser consists of the graphic conversion.

The project effectively controls the environmental pollution

Thus the government will pay money for the burning of waste materials

Implenentary the project considerable amount of coal is saved & product is raised.
