-Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS) winders supervisor including conveyor and all underground equipment’s.

-Prepare and generate Work Order Number depending on priorities, equipment availability, spares and materials, manpower. Etc.

-Set-up and implement Pre-operational and Equipment Checklist.

-Conduct training on proper maintenance procedures.

-Supervise maintenance activities during normal operation and Major shutdowns.

-Troubleshoots mechanical engineering (rotating, static, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment) especially in the winders

Winder Installation and Commissioning

-I was trained by the four African winder specialist and consultant in the installation and commissioning in the E-15 shaft.

-Assist the installation and commissioning of 300kw single drum winder at E-15 shaft.

-Supervise the maintenance crew in the installation of the 300KW main winder and two sinking stage winder.

-Supervise installation and commissioning

of underground winder and shaft.
