Setting daily goals, training techs, ensure plant is adhering to all safety protocols, ensuring all of our units are built using the latest drawing revisions and with first time quality. Monitor upstream production to ensure on-time delivery to the FAL line. Breaking down barriers and road blocks that slow down production. Verifying Quality is built in to the product.
Using "lessons learned" approach to quality findings, implementing new defect strategies to combat defects on the line, to enable a "first time" quality product. Forecasting overtime, daily manpower reports, training supervisors and leads to work as a team, using Q.R.Q.C. and S.Q.C.D.P. Boards to track quality, manpower, safety etc.
