Oversee the daily maintenance such as mechanical pumps and air–conditioning system

Ensure all technical equipment’s are in good working condition

Implement preventive maintenance as per Maintenance Schedule

Perform equipment installation on site for projects which including electrical, plumbing and setting out of equipment task

Troubleshooting and maintaining plant equipment and facilities

Handle complaints and repair works accurately in a timely manner

Responsible for the purchasing of all light bulbs, electrical items, mechanical and hardwares for the company

Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas

ELECTRICAL KNOWLEDGE

oWorking knowledge in both 11 KV and 33 KV substations

oHaving knowledge up to 2500 KVA both dry type Transformer and oil type Transformer working and Maintenance

oHaving both Operating and Maintenance knowledge up to 1500 KVA DG

oHaving knowledge in MCB, MCCB, ELCB, ACB, VCB and SF6

oHaving knowledge in MPCB, Star Delta starters and DOL starters

oHaving knowledge in motor control panel and induction motor, Pneumatic motor, Submersible motor

oHaving operating knowledge up to 200 KVA UPS

oHaving both Operating and Maintenance in Elevators

oMonitoring RTCC and Power factor correction panel

oTroubleshoots Electrical problems to determine their the cause and recommends options for Eliminating such problems

RESPONSBILITIES IN HVAC

Perform monthly routine servicing for the pump/chiller/AC

Perform annual shutdown/maintenance for the pump/chiller/AC

Perform and troubleshooting and repair works for the pump/chiller/AC

Checking for all auxillary devices to ensure proper operations

Rectifying all problems detected during preventive maintenance and furnace reports of findings

Generate service reports for costumers

oWorking Knowledge in cassette, tower, split and package type of AC’s
