This was a support center assisting with the writing of title insurance for buyers who were refinancing their mortgages. My primary responsibility was to get the payoff information on the existing loan to know how much was being funded at closing.

This company is the public information arm of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. We answered questions with information provided by the CDC. The information provided covers a wide range of topics for which the public had questions.

This company is a 3rd party debt collector. I was responsible for assisting clients to settle debts owed. I was allowed to negotiate a single payment or payments over time. I was also allowed to negotiate a discount or settlement within company parameters

I was responsible for facilitating groups dealing with anger management, substance abuse and the range of issues encompassing domestic violence. I worked in various programs within the organization providing residential services to adults with serious mental illnesses so they could maintain become stability and remain out of the hospital or become homeless. I was in charge of the Homeless Veterans Program on a day to day basis.
