Responsibilities included assisting my manager in our office, leasing apartments, assuring our current residents renewed their lease, inputting prospective residents information into computer, typing up notices then delivering them as well as making bank deposits on a monthly basis. I also made a daily report then emailed it to our corporate office on a daily basis.
Accomplishments
I learned to be patient with aggressive residents to maintain calm and assist them in anyway possible. I first started in apartment management as a leasing consultant back in August of 1997 and worked with three different management companies I like working with others and don't let little issues get in the way.
