EMPLOYMENT: September 1993 - January 2014 Selective Service System; I worked as the lead person on the Information Technology Help Desk servicing 125 persons with desktop, Network, software and hardware needs. My assignment was to manage, assist, monitor and support all users in the department with excellent service. I received request through telephone and emails. My response time was within 2 hours. I acknowledged calls and emails immediately as they arrived and ticketed them into an Excel database notifying them of the approximate time real time support. I trained users on how to use computer remotely from home for telework and setup and provided the necessary connectivity for tele- video conference for training and staff meetings. I travel to 3 Regional office to provide training and support for Network accessing and computer maintenance. Gather information for yearly inventory and software assessment to report to upper management for future procurements.

January 1993 – September 1993 Defense Investigate Services; As a contractor I established and developed a Help Desk to provide a system to capture incoming and outgoing end users request in a timely manner. I tracked and provided service to the end user pertaining to the computer hardware and software needs.

May 1986 – January 1993 Commission on the Bicentennial of the United States Constitution ; I worked as a Network Administrator. I was responsible for keeping the Desktop computer up and running. I upgraded and installed software. I replace hardware were needed. I provide the end users with clearing house capability use Dbase software for data entry. I produced a mass mailing to receive and send out memorabilia of the products and literature.
