Managed multi-tasking of up to 40 Installation technicians over a multistate area of responsibility while maintaining the required 48% profit margin.

As the company continued to expand and merge with others to achieve its market share of the industry I received several promotions of increasing responsibility including Level IV technician, Foreman and Operations Supervisor.
